The reporter learned that at present, China has become the world's largest producer, exporter and consumer of printing and dyeing products. In 2018, China's printed fabrics accounted for about 16% of the total printing and dyeing fabrics. The so-called "world textiles look at China, Chinese textiles in Keqiao." During the peak period, Keqiao printing and dyeing enterprises had reached hundreds, with an annual sales income of 65 billion yuan, printing and dyeing capacity accounting for one-third of the country, and more than one-half of the province. In fact, Keqiao has long begun to explore green printing and dyeing. The reporter learned that at present, some leading textile printing and dyeing enterprises in our district have introduced digital inkjet printing technology, and a number of industry leaders such as Red Green Blue, Shengxin and Primary Color Digital Technology have emerged.

 

Red, green and blue have been trying to use digital inkjet printing technology since 2005. The annual output of printed fabrics produced by this technology reached nearly 2 million meters last year, and has a number of fixed customer sources. Mo Linxiang, executive vice president of Red, Green and Blue, told reporters that digital inkjet printing is in line with the characteristics of fast fashion, in line with the development direction of high quality, personalized and flexible printing textiles, and has broad development space, yet it also has technology. Imperfect, machine equipment update speed and other shortcomings.

 

Many people in Keqiao said that digital inkjet printing represents a certain degree of innovative and eco-friendly printing and dyeing upgrade direction. At present, many traditional printing and dyeing companies are eager to try.
